As all resources will be equally available in Equal Money System, so will software.
Software at the moment makes a huge amount of profit, and it simply makes it hard for people who need to use the software to have access to it.
In EMS, software will be available to everyone who needs it for free. It will be created and designed to serve it's purpose to people who need it in order to create and express themselves within the digital world. If someone wants to learn a software program such as Photoshop (for example) they should have the access to do so. WE are creative beings and everyone has something to offer as an expression of themselves. Resources should be available to everyone!!!
